Shipping Domestic

We ship all over Australia for the flat rate of $10 with Australia Post Parcel Shipping. Orders take 24 hours to process once your purchase has been confirmed. Expected delivery time is between 4 - 10 business days. Express shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. Please email us should you need something faster than a whippet! 

Please note if you're purchasing in bulk, shipping charges may vary due to the size and weight of your order.

Returns

We're so convinced you'll love our Tom + Captain products that we're happy to offer you a full refund on any product returns within 14 days of purchase.  If you're returning faulty goods we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you've simply changed your mind (it happens!) or you want to exchange the item for another size or colour etc we ask that you cover the cost of shipping the item back to Tom + Captain and the shipping cost to send the replacement to you. Please make sure the product is unused and 'as new' if you do return it otherwise we cannot accept it. Feel free to contact us by email should you need to discuss further.
